The Lucy Show
The Lucy Show is an American sitcom that aired from 1962 to 1968 on CBS, starring Lucille Ball as Lucy Carmichael, a widow raising two children in a small town. For the first three seasons, she shares a home with her divorced friend Vivian Bagley, played by Vivian Vance. From season four onward, Lucy moves to Los Angeles and goes to work for the cantankerous banker Theodore J. Mooney, played by Gale Gordon. The series was Lucille Ball's follow-up to I Love Lucy and was produced by Desilu Productions. It ran for 156 episodes across six seasons and featured numerous celebrity guest stars including John Wayne, George Burns, and Jack Benny. Many episodes are in the public domain.
