This Privacy Policy explains what information HibingeTV ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you visit www.hibingetv.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and what choices you have. We aim to be straightforward: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell your data, and the tracking we rely on is limited to what is required to serve the advertising that keeps the Service free and to understand how the site is used.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. The Service does not require an account. If you contact us through our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to you and do not add you to any marketing list.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider, advertising partners, and analytics providers may log standard request data, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. This data is used to serve ads, measure traffic, and keep the Service secure.
Local storage. Your watchlist is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. The cookies that AdSense may set include:
- __gads / __gpi: Used to record ad preferences and improve ad delivery. These persist for up to 13 months.
- IDE: Used by Google to serve ads based on your interests and to measure the performance of ads.
- NID: Used to distinguish users and store preferences, including whether non-personalized ads should be shown.
- test_cookie: A short-lived cookie Google uses to check whether your browser accepts cookies.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are most viewed, and how people find us. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit, what pages they visit, and the sites that referred them. It uses cookies to gather this data. The cookies Google Analytics may set include:
- _ga: Distinguishes individual users. Persists for up to 2 years.
- _ga_<container-id>: Used by Google Analytics 4 to maintain session state. Persists for up to 2 years.
- _gid: Distinguishes users for 24 hours, if enabled.

Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through session recordings, heatmaps, and aggregate usage metrics. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to identify returning users and to stitch together session recordings. The cookies it may set include:
- CLID: Identifies a unique user across pages. Persists for up to 1 year.
- ANONCHK: Used by Clarity to throttle request rates. Persists for up to 1 day.
- _clck: Persists the Clarity user ID and preferences. Persists for up to 1 year.
- _clsk: Links analytics data across page views. Persists for up to 1 day.

Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our content and to understand the actions people take on the site. The Meta Pixel is a piece of code that loads when a page is viewed and may set cookies in your browser. The cookies Meta Pixel may set include:
- _fbp: Used by Meta to deliver advertising and measure ad performance. Persists for up to 90 days.
- fr: Used by Meta to deliver advertising and measure ad performance. Persists for up to 90 days.

Third-Party Vendors
We embed video players from the Internet Archive, YouTube, and Vimeo. Each of these hosts may set their own cookies when you interact with their player. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant host. Google, as an advertising vendor, may also share data with its partners. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Serve and measure advertising through Google AdSense and Meta Pixel.
- Understand which films and pages are popular so we can improve the catalog, using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Respond to messages sent through our contact form.
- Detect and prevent abuse of the Service.
We do not use your information to build a profile for any purpose other than serving ads and operating the site. We do not sell or rent your data.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of certain data processing.
