Operation Snafu

Operation Snafu is a 1945 Private Snafu cartoon directed by Friz Freleng for Leon Schlesinger Productions, produced for the U.S. Army Signal Corps. In this dialogue-free short, Snafu does something right for once — he personally steals Japanese war plans and captures Tojo himself. The cartoon is one of the final Snafu shorts, released near the end of World War II. As a U.S. government work, the film is in the public domain.
