Tate
Tate is an American Western television series starring David McLean that aired on NBC from June to September 1960. Created by Harry Julian Fink and produced by Perry Como's Roncom Video Films as a summer replacement for The Perry Como Show, it follows a laconic Civil War veteran turned gunfighter for hire, his left arm paralyzed by a wound at Vicksburg and carried in a leather sling. The series ran for a single season of 13 episodes and is remembered today for early appearances by Robert Redford and Leonard Nimoy. Most of the series is in the public domain; the seven episodes streamed here are taken from that run.
