Smile, Darn Ya, Smile! is a 1931 Merrie Melodies cartoon directed by Rudolf Ising for Leon Schlesinger Productions. The short features Foxy, an early Mickey Mouse-like character, who rides a streetcar and encounters various musical passengers.
