A silent film telling the story of Jesus Christ's life from birth to crucifixion, filmed on location in Jerusalem and Palestine. Directed by Sidney Olcott for the Kalem Company, it was one of the earliest feature-length films and a landmark of biblical cinema. The film entered the public domain through non-renewal.
