Atomic Rulers of the World

A 1965 science fiction compilation film produced for American television from installments of the Japanese Super Giant film series by Shintoho. Starman (Ken Utsui), the steel-bodied champion of the Emerald Planet's Peace Council, comes to Earth to stop the alien Meropolitans, whose agents have infiltrated the planet and plan to destroy it with a super-weapon. The original Japanese films were edited and dubbed by Walter Manley Enterprises for American syndication, with the hero renamed from Super Giant — the same treatment that produced Attack from Space and Evil Brain from Outer Space. The film is in the public domain.
