Mr. Hook battles the propaganda of Tokyo Rose, who tries to convince sailors not to buy war bonds, by firing a shell carrying a sentient war bond to Japan. A Bob Clampett-directed Mr. Hook short made for the U.S. Navy. The film entered the public domain as a U.S. government work.
