William Hanna

American animator, director, and producer who co-founded Hanna-Barbera Productions with Joseph Barbera. He began his directorial career at MGM on the Happy Harmonies series before creating Tom and Jerry, then went on to create The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, and many other television classics.
