Willard Louis

American character actor of the silent era, born in 1879. A reliable supporting player, he was often cast as comic or pompous authority figures, including the Prince of Wales in Beau Brummel (1924) opposite John Barrymore. He appeared in dozens of features through the 1920s before his death in 1926.
