Tyrone Power

American stage and film actor, born in 1869. The father of the more famous film star Tyrone Power, he was a respected Shakespearean and character actor of the stage. He appeared in a few early sound films, playing the villain Red Flack in The Big Trail (1930), which was his only sound role and his final completed film. He died in 1931.
