Roger Corman

American director, producer, and distributor known as the "King of the B's." He directed and produced hundreds of low-budget horror and exploitation films through American International Pictures and his own Filmgroup, including The Wasp Woman (1960), The Terror (1963), and Dementia 13 (1963). He mentored a generation of filmmakers including Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, and Jack Nicholson.
