Ricky Nelson

American singer and actor, born 1940. Best known as the younger son on The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1952-1966), where his musical performances helped launch a pop music career that produced hits including "Hello Mary Lou" and "Travelin' Man." He was one of the pioneers of rock and roll television performance. He died in 1985.
