Peter Bogdanovich

American film director, critic, and historian, born in 1939. Directed The Last Picture Show (1971), Paper Moon (1973), and What's Up, Doc? (1972). Early in his career, he directed Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women (1968) for Roger Corman, credited as Derek Thomas. He died in 2022.
