Oscar Shaw

American stage and film actor, born in 1887. A Broadway leading man who crossed into early sound films, he played Bob Shaw opposite the Marx Brothers in The Cocoanuts (1929) and sang "When My Dreams Come True" in the film. His screen work was brief, mostly confined to the first wave of musical adaptations.
