Margaret Livingston

American actress of the silent and early sound era, often cast as the sophisticated temptress. Born in 1900, she appeared in numerous films of the 1920s and is best remembered as The Woman From the City in Sunrise (1927), the seductress who lures the husband toward murder. Her cool, knowing presence made her a natural for such roles through the early sound period.
