Lon Chaney Jr.

American actor, born Creighton Chaney, son of silent star Lon Chaney. He is best known for playing the title role in The Wolf Man (1941) and for his appearances in Universal monster films of the 1940s. Later in his career he worked in low-budget horror and genre pictures, including Indestructible Man (1956). He died in 1973.
