Lila Leeds

American actress, born 1928. She is best known for her 1948 arrest with Robert Mitchum on marijuana charges, which the exploitation film She Shoulda Said No! (1949) was made to capitalize on. She appeared in a handful of films before leaving the screen. She died in 1999.
