Juan Chacón

American labor leader and actor (1919-1985) who played Ramon Quintero in Salt of the Earth (1954). A real-life miner and president of Mine-Mill Local 890 in Grant County, New Mexico, he was one of the non-professional cast members in the independently produced, blacklisted film.
