Huntz Hall

American actor born in 1920 who became a core member of the East Side Kids and later the Bowery Boys. Hall played Glimpy, a goofy, rubber-faced comic foil to Leo Gorcey's Muggs. He appeared in Spooks Run Wild (1941) and Ghosts on the Loose (1943). After Gorcey left the series, Hall carried the Bowery Boys films as the lead through the late 1950s.
