Harry Gribbon

American film actor and comedian, born 1885 in New York. A reliable comic support at Mack Sennett's studio through the 1920s, he appeared in two-reelers like The Daredevil (1923) opposite Ben Turpin, usually playing the foil or the rival. He continued in smaller comic roles into the sound era. He died in 1961.
