Grayce Hampton

British-born American actress, born in 1876. She appeared in The Bat Whispers (1930) as Cornelia Van Gorder, the mistress of the haunted country mansion. A stage actress who transitioned to film in the sound era, she specialized in aristocratic and authoritative roles. She died in 1973.
