Gilbert Roland

Mexican-American actor, born in 1905. Born Luis Antonio Dámaso de Alonso, he had a long career spanning from the silent era to the 1980s. He appeared in The Plastic Age (1925) opposite Clara Bow, and later starred in The Bad and the Beautiful (1952) and Che! (1969). He died in 1994.
