Esther Ralston

American film actress, born in 1902. Known as the "American Venus" for her blonde beauty, she was a leading lady of the silent era. She played Mrs. Darling in the 1924 Peter Pan and graduated to starring roles in Paramount features through the late 1920s. Her career faded with sound. She died in 1994.
