Charles Farrell

American film actor, born in 1901. He was paired with Janet Gaynor in a series of romantic films at Fox beginning with 7th Heaven (1927) and Street Angel (1928), and the two became one of the most popular screen couples of the late silent era. He moved into sound successfully and later starred in the television series My Little Margie.
