Byron Foulger

American actor, born in 1899. He appeared in The Black Raven (1943) as Horace Weatherby. A prolific character actor, he appeared in over 200 films and television episodes, often playing meek, nervous types. He was a familiar face in B-pictures and later on television. He died in 1970.
