Benjamin Stoloff

American film director (1895-1960) who directed comedies and dramas in the 1930s and 1940s, including It's a Joke, Son! (1947). He began as an assistant director in the silent era and directed features for various studios including Fox, Columbia, and Eagle-Lion.
