Vulcan Productions

British film production company active in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Produced City of the Dead (1960), also released in the United States as Horror Hotel, an atmospheric witchcraft horror film starring Christopher Lee. Vulcan's output was small and focused on genre pictures; the company later evolved into Amicus Productions.
