German film production company founded in 1921 by Enno Diekmann and Albin Grau. The company was created specifically to produce Nosferatu (1922). It was the only film Prana ever made. The company went bankrupt after Florence Stoker, Bram Stoker's widow, won a lawsuit for the unauthorized adaptation of Dracula. The court ordered all copies of the film destroyed, and Prana Film ceased to exist.
