Norma Talmadge Film Corporation

American film production company formed by producer Joseph M. Schenck to produce starring vehicles for his wife, actress Norma Talmadge. The company produced prestige silent features throughout the 1920s, including *Smilin' Through* (1922), *Ashes of Vengeance* (1923), and *Kiki* (1926). Its films were distributed by Associated First National Pictures. The company ceased production with Talmadge's retirement from the screen at the end of the silent era.
