Eagle-Lion Films

American film production and distribution company active in the late 1940s. Formed from the merger of Producer's Releasing Corporation (PRC) and the British Eagle-Lion distributorship, it released low- and medium-budget features, including several notable noirs such as He Walked by Night (1948) and D.O.A. (1950). The company was later absorbed into United Artists.
