American independent film production company of the mid-1920s, associated with producer Joseph M. Schenck. It produced The Eagle (1925), Rudolph Valentino's first picture for United Artists distribution, a swashbuckling romance directed by Clarence Brown. Like many independent production companies of the silent era, it financed a single star vehicle for release through a major distributor.
